Here is everything you need to know about ordering with Bluebone.
Creating a Trade Account

To create a trade account, simply fill in your details on the ‘Create Account’ page. Our team will then verify your application and be in touch with your log in details once successful.

How to Order Online

You can now order any Bluebone products online. See live stock figures and prices, re-order what you ordered last, or check our latest products!

To place your order, select ‘Shop’ in the main menu and login with your unique details (if you don’t have these yet, request them via sales@bluebone.co.uk).

The products are listed per range, so use the catalogue or range menu selectors to view specific items, or just click “All Products” to view all.

Carriage and Delivery Terms

UK Mainland deliveries excluding postcodes AB, IV, PH, KW, PA, BT, Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland. A carriage charge of £50.00 + VAT applies to all order values under £750 Net. Orders of £750 Net or over, are carriage paid for UK Mainland deliveries.

Scottish Highlands and islands, including AB, IV, PH, KW, PA. A carriage charge of £70.00 + VAT applies to all order values under £1000 Net. Orders of £1000 Net or over are carriage paid.
Northern Ireland deliveries, a carriage charge of £60.00 + VAT applies to all order values under £750 NET. For orders of £750 Net or over are carriage paid.
Republic of Ireland deliveries, a carriage charge of €80.00 applies to all order values under €1200. For orders of €1200 or over are carriage paid.
Please note these carriage terms apply per delivery address.
The delivery charge is a charge in relation to the packaging and carriage of goods. VAT is charged on this delivery charge as it is considered a taxable supply/service.
If you require us to palletise your order for 3rd party collection an additional charge of £15.00 + VAT per pallet is applicable.
Delivery

We deliver the majority of our goods on our own vehicles with our own drivers and we aim to make deliveries to the Buyer within 28 days of receipt of your order. (Dependant on Stock Availability)

If you require your order earlier than our scheduled delivery date for your area we can arrange this and a delivery charge will be applicable. POA.

All deliveries are made from our dedicated wholesale warehouse in Dukinfield, Cheshire. If you wish you can arrange to collect your order in person or via courier. To organise this please contact our Sales Team on 0161 330 8959.

Buyer’s premises must have good road access which facilitates the manoeuvre of a 40’ vehicle to within close proximity of the delivery point. The drivers are unaccompanied and may require assistance with unloading.

Please note our Insurance only covers us for delivery to your door and does not extend to moving items inside your property. Therefore, the Seller is not liable for any damages caused by drivers carrying stock into the Buyer’s premises. Drivers must remain with their vehicle and must not leave the vehicle unattended.

The seller will not deliver to the buyer at a private/residential address unless this has been agreed pre-delivery and access is suitable for our vehicles.
